Chef David Chang from Momofuko has just released the first issue of his quarterly magazine, and I've already read it front to back, twice. The creative writing and quirky illustrations make this magazine a pleasure to read, not to mention the step by step guide for re-creating WD-50's Eggs Benedict....deep fried hollandaise sauce....thank you Wylie. Also worth noting is the Red Eye Gravy recipe, I wish I had this when I was in charge of staff food.
