Dangerous Discoveries

This is one of those ideas that you almost have but don't quite get there. I have been known to make the occasional 'chip butty' (with potato chips not french fries or 'chips'), but I've never taken it to the level that the guys on the Yellow Submarine Food Truck have. Straight out of Miami Florida these two brothers caught my attention with their "Colombian Style" hot dog. Apparently "Colombian Style" refers to the addition of crushed potato chips. We're not just talking about adding a few Ruffles to your turkey sandwich here but a whole layer of crushed potato chips. Disgusting/amazing. This is going on my late night menu for sure.
